FanZoom Studio provides a digital platform that allows users to generate custom, high-resolution AI avatars and characters using text prompts and predefined parameters.

3. User conduct and acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to generate, upload, or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Adult in nature, sexually explicit, or containing graphic nudity (Our platform enforces strict Safe-For-Work guidelines).
• Infringing on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines immediately and without notice.

4. Intellectual property

Any characters or models generated by you using FanZoom Studio belong to you for personal or commercial use, provided they do not violate our Acceptable Use policy. However, the underlying technology, software, algorithms, and website design remain the exclusive property of FanZoom Studio.

5. Limitation of liability

In no event shall FanZoom Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
